Our Story and Legacy
Stone Royale, LLC was born out of a shared belief between two experienced professionals: Amedeo Colpo, a quarry master trained in the classical Italian tradition, and Eldon D. Strid, a veteran engineer with decades of quarry development across Wyoming. Together, they are reviving and transforming four historical quarry sites into a vertically integrated operation—serving everything from monument-grade block to pavers, veneers, and restoration stone.
Our story is rooted in two legacies: one of hands-on craft passed down through generations, and another of regional stewardship, preserving Wyoming's natural stone heritage while scaling a modern, design-forward supply chain.
